One shared platform, many editions, many tenants. Everything below is derived from the edition catalog and the control plane — no surface here knows what an edition is called.

Tenant health

Derived from platform-visible signals only — provisioning state, event recency, projection lag, error rate and quota headroom. Nothing here reads a tenant’s own data, which is what lets the same numbers appear on the support surface.

Cost attribution

The expensive services are shared on purpose — one Postgres server, one Search service, one Service Bus namespace, one Container Apps environment — which is the economic argument for the edition model and also the reason no invoice line says which tenant spent it. So every component states its driver, and anything without a defensible one is carried as unattributed rather than spread. A cost report that always sums to the whole bill is a cost report that is guessing.

No cost feed

Not wired. Cost attribution needs the Azure Cost Management query API scoped to mindhyve-eligrid-sub, plus the Cost Management Reader role for the portal identity. No estimate is shown in its place.
